QUARANTINI YOGA

Get it? Instead of Kundalini... OK, so that's a lame attempt at humor. We're all trying our best during this weird time to find some lightness and laughter!

Obviously, all in-person classes are on hold right now, while we ride this Corona Virus wave. The good news is that I have started offering online classes via Zoom, every Monday and Thursday morning at 10 AM, until quarantine ends.

All are welcome to join these classes. What's been cool is that yogis have been participating from all over the country--people who I haven't seen in years, and even some new yogis who I have never met in person! And the classes have had way more people in them than I could ever fit in my little studio here in Ithaca. So that's been a hidden gift of this quarantine adventure.

Please visit my yoga calendar page for more info about the classes, and for the links to join the Monday and Thursday classes.

I'm offering these classes on a donation basis, with everyone welcome regardless of ability to pay. This is a judgment-free opportunity for you to contribute what feels right and do-able for you at this time. If it is within your means to make a donation, here are the options:

Venmo: Jody-Kessler-1

PayPal: revjyoti@gmail.com. If you select "Friends & Family," they won't take a commission out of your donation.

Check: made out to Jody Kessler, 305 Taylor Place, Ithaca, NY 14850

I'm also going to offer some spontaneous Facebook Live mini-sessions, just to keep connected in between Zoom classes. I'll offer some meditation, mantra, pranayama, and maybe a song. So please like my Singing Heart Yoga with Jyoti page so you'll get notifications of these sessions.

We are living in an unprecedented, ever-evolving story which, hopefully some day, we will be able to look back upon and tell our children and grandchildren that we got through it together with resilience, grace, faith and love. And a whole lotta hand washing.

Keeping Positive,

Jyoti
